The Better Housing Coalition won two prestigious national awards for its most recent development, Beckstoffer’s Mill Loft Apartments. The Urban Land Institute named BHC a finalist for its Jack Kemp Excellence in Workforce Housing Award , and the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association awarded BHC its J.
