“It’s quite an honor to receive national recognition for a historic renovation development that was a labor of love,” said T.K. Somanath, president and CEO of the Better Housing Coalition. “By converting the 100-year-old Beckstoffer’s Millworks into 22 affordable, eco-friendly apartments, we are helping to transform an entire city block in Church Hill, and we are thrilled to see more development taking place as a result.”
