Vice President, Planning & Evaluations
Lynn McAteer serves as Vice President of Planning & Evaluations for the Better Housing Coalition (BHC). As a member of BHC’s leadership team, she coordinates pre-development research on prospective real estate development, coordinates all rezoning applications and secures grant funding for capital needs. She also leads the strategic planning process for the organization, and frequently represents BHC in the community regarding housing and community development issues.
Lynn was appointed to the VCU Foundation Board in 2017. She previously served an appointment to the Richmond Planning Commission, Richmond Regional Planning Commission, and the Richmond Public Art Commission from 2009-2015. She received her Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.
