During this easy\, mostly flat bike tour\, you’ll see first-hand how BHC’s revitalization efforts have spurred reinvestment and renewed intereset in the historic community through the transformation of blighted properties\, stabilization the housing market\, and preservation of affordable housing for both long-time and new residents. Get a sneak peak at BHC’s latest development underconstruction as well as other community ventures creating opportunities for residents. \nThe tour will depart from the corner of R St. and N 28th St. at 6 p.m.\, and return to the Somanath Senior Apartments for a roof-top networking happy hour at 7 p.m.; light refreshments will be provided.
