Barry Hofheimer is Senior Vice President at CBRE-Richmond. Along with two partners, he joined CBRE-Richmond in 2001 upon closing their boutique commercial firm, Virginia Landmark Corporation. Since 1981, he has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate field. Over the last few years he has concentrated his efforts on investment sales with a particular emphasis on multi-family (land and projects) and retail. He coordinated the conversion of two high-rise multi-family buildings to condominiums among his many other accomplishments. He has worked on numerous tenant representation teams for several large companies and participated in numerous investment sales across Virginia. Prior to his career in real estate, Barry was Vice President of Jefferson Manufacturing Company, where he coordinated the manufacturing end of the business.

Along with his membership on BHC’s property management board, Barry is a member of Greater Richmond Area Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Western Henrico Rotary. He is past president of Virginia Supportive Housing and past board chair of the Greater Richmond Chamber Foundation.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Richmond.
