Duke Dodson, CPM, MPM, MBA, is President of Dodson Companies. He founded what is now Dodson Companies in 2007 in Richmond. Dodson now manages over 3,500 units throughout Central Virginia, including Single Family Homes, Multi- Family properties, Office and Retail. Duke is the former past president of the Richmond Chapter and the Virginia State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is on the Board of Associates at Randolph-Macon College, and has served on the BHC Management Board since 2015, where he serves as Chair. He was elected to the BHC Board in 2024.
