Holly Law Eve, CCIM, M.S., joined the Better Housing Coalition in July 2022 as the Vice President of BHC’s Real Estate Division where she oversees all of BHC’s new multi-family and single-family development efforts. Prior to joining BHC, Ms. Eve served as Director in the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Division of Real Estate Services and Facilities Management, with oversight of the Commonwealth’s executive branch real estate portfolio and the DGS owned facilities in the metro Richmond area. She has also worked as Real Property Manager for the Department of Game & Inland Fisheries, served as adjunct faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and worked for more than 20 years in the corporate & commercial real estate finance industry. Ms. Eve’s experience includes corporate property management; commercial/construction loan origination, administration and servicing; lease and site acquisition negotiation; recovery management and liquidation of non-performing loans and real estate owned assets.

Holly received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance with a minor in Community Health from Virginia Tech. She also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in the real estate industry. She is a National Director of the National Association of State Facilities Administrators and is Executive Committee Co-chair of the Reference & Resource and Portfolio Management & Leasing Committees, President-Elect of the Virginia Commonwealth University Real Estate Circle of Excellence, and Assistant Secretary of the Richmond Real Estate Group.
