Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 from 6-8 PM: Join BHCyp, BHC’s Young Professionals’ Board for a guided, 3-ish mile, mostly flat bike tour of Richmond’s historic Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond, and see first-hand how BHC is transforming blighted properties and preserving housing affordability in an area now priced out of reach for many. In addition to seeing completed BHC communities and houses, you’ll see some new, single-family homes under construction at the Armstrong Renaissance site. Tour guests meet at the Goodwyn at Union Hill on Venable Street.

Stay afterwards for the post-ride happy hour reception in BHC’s Goodwyn at Union Hill Community Room. Beverages and snacks will be provided.

Bring your own bike, utilize the nearby bike share station, or we will have a small number of bikes on hand, thanks to our friends at Basket & Bike. Bikes must be reserved in advance at registration.

The tour is free to attend, but registration is required.
