Join BHC and RRHA at tomorrow night’s Blackwell Neighborhood Civic Association meeting, where Mr. Tyler Potterfield will present Blackwell’s Historic Roots.  As Preservation Planner with the City of Richmond, Mr. Potterfield has conducted research on the Blackwell neighborhood and its historic past, which he will share at the meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Blackwell Community Center (15th and Everett Streets) on Tuesday, July 12 at 6:30 pm.  Pizza and drinks will be served.   Join us to learn how Blackwell has evolved from its roots as a section within the City of Manchester to the bright future as one of the City of Richmond’s great urban neighborhoods!
