Join us for Renovators’ Happy Hour on June 16

BHC’s Center for Neighborhood Revitalization willl hold its next Renovators’ Happy Hour onThursday, June 16, 5:30 – 7:00 pm.  Please join us after work for light refreshments, beverages, and good company as we showcase BHC’s newest single-family renovation at 2012 Fairmount Avenue.  This home is ready to welcome new residents to the historic Church Hill neighborhood.

Added to the State & Federal Registers in 2009, the Fairmount area features a wide variety of architectural styles ranging from Classical Revival to Craftsman.  BHC’s home at 2012 Fairmount represents one of several “unusual examples of Queen Anne style houses” in the neighborhood accoding to the Historic District’s narrative description.  Come see BHC’s transformation of this home, which incorporates modern energy-efficient features and maintains ornate historic architecture!
