Golden Hammer Awards celebrate contributions to thoughtful revitalization of Greater Richmond’s neighborhoods. All nominations accepted online only. Create an account below and nominate the best in Richmond-area renovation, revitalization and placemaking projects in the following categories:

Best Single-Family Residential Renovation
Best Adaptive Reuse Project – small or large in scope
Best New Construction
Best Placemaking Project

All projects nominated must be located in the Greater-Richmond area (City of Richmond, counties of Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico).
