Cheryl Groce-Wright is a seasoned organizational executive with a career spanning more than 35 years in education, program management and community development. She is Founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Collaborative RVA, a Richmond-based consulting firm seeking to be a proactive and effective champion for racial equity, empowered communities and inspired citizens. Prior to founding Kaleidoscope Collaborative, Cheryl held positions in nonprofit management, youth programming and development, fund-raising and fund development, academic and social science research, substance abuse and family counseling, and college student development. Cheryl was awarded the 2015 Pat Asch Fellowship for Social Justice by the YWCA, delving deeply into asset-based community development, co-creating community change and involving community residents in every aspect of community development work.
Cheryl is an avid runner, having completed numerous half and full marathon races. She currently serves as Head Coach of Richmond’s Sports Backers half-marathon training team, and directs a Jeff Galloway training program in Richmond, VA.
