 Nina S. Williams, LCSW, is a seasoned clinical social worker, Army veteran, and civic leader with over 30 years of experience serving children, families, veterans, and communities. Her career spans progressive leadership roles including CEO, Vice President, Program Director, Program Coordinator, and Financial Director, where she has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex program operations, developed policies and procedures, ensured accreditation and governmental program compliance, and advanced strategic initiatives that strengthen community well-being. 

Nina is widely respected for her vehemence for program development, community collaboration, and staff development, and she has played a key role in creating critical tools for Women Veterans Interactive Foundation–RVA’s Operation Safety Net. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with deep expertise in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice and professional supervision, she remains actively engaged in retirement as Vice President of Women Veterans Interactive, a supervisor for clinical social worker licensees, and a spiritual leader in her faith community. Nina’s work is driven by a lifelong commitment to helping others thrive and advocating for veterans to receive the mental health care and benefits they have earned.
