Paul Sheehy is a real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, primarily in the multifamily housing business. Paul is President of GrayCo, Inc., a Richmond-based multifamily housing investment and management company. During his 25 years at GrayCo, Paul has been involved in all aspects of the apartment business, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and asset management. Paul is currently responsible for all aspects of the operation of the company’s apartment communities in Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Texas. Previously, he worked in the real estate finance division of NationsBank in Richmond with a focus on commercial construction lending.

Paul received a B.A. from the University of Virginia with a double concentration in History and the German language.

Paul and his wife Julie have been living in the Richmond area for 30 years and currently reside in Henrico County. They have two daughters and a son.
