BHC invites you to join us for National Night Out at Winchester Greens and Market Square Apartments (2800 Bensley Commons Blvd., Richmond, VA 23237) on Tuesday, August 2, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.  The event is free and open to the public – we will have food, drinks, prizes, and personal tours of the communities.  Come out for a night of entertainment and get to know your neighbors!

Winchester Greens is BHC’s complete transformation of the Park Lee Apartments; through a community-driven approach to revitalization, a master plan was created that incorporated New Urbanist principles.  A variety of porch details, rooflines, and other architectural details ensures that no two units have the same exterior look.   The community now consists of 240 townhouse apartments, a childcare center, neighborhood pocket parks, a community center, an outdoor swimming pool, and senior housing for residents 55 and older at Market Square.   BHC’s Community Social Work department provides free and voluntary support services to residents, ranging from after-school programs to health and wellness initiatives for seniors.  If you’re interested in becoming a resident of Winchester Greens or Market Square, come take a look at all of the great amenities these communities have to offer on National Night Out!
