Description: Learn the basics of home mortgage financing, the benefits of renovation lending and how to buy a home in disrepair and renovate it using these unique loan programs. Additional topics include: tax benefits, energy efficiency, and market equity, and more! This event is free and open to the public. Donations are accepted, which will go to support our mission: changing lives and transforming communities through high-quality, affordable housing.
