A mixed-use, mixed-income community located between R and S streets on N. 28th Street in Church Hill.  BHC is constructing modern energy-efficient apartments within the original structure of the historic lumber mill, and has plans for revitalizing the surrounding lots.

A townhouse rental community located at the 600 Block of Jefferson Avenue in Richmond’s historic Church Hill neighborhood.  Homes surround a courtyard with off-street parking.  Front porches and back yards offer plenty of outdoor space.

Lincoln Mews
A renovated community located on the busline in North Richmond. Apartments are equipped with modern energy-efficient features and appliances, and have front porch overhangs.  Amenities include a new Community Center with on-site resident support services and a new playground.

North Oaks Apartments
