Better Housing Coalition’s community at Beckstoffer’s Lofts includes a mix of new and renovated housing within a transformed lumber mill and draws on best practices for sustainability.

These one bedroom apartments feature skylights, exposed brick/wood beams, full-size washer & dryer, controlled access buildings, finished concrete flooring, wood cabinets and open shelving, 12 foot+ high ceilings, and modern fixtures. Pets are welcome!
