We’re happy to announce the 2019 development of Market Square IV, a new, affordable 60-unit apartment community for senior residents of modest means. The community will have one- and two-bedroom units, for which rents will range from $600-800/month.

Market Square IV will be constructed during the second quarter of 2019, on land BHC already owns on its existing Winchester Greens/Market Square campus along the Jeff Davis corridor in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

At completion, Market Square IV will be the ninth of BHC’s 17 rental communities dedicated to older adults.
